About Me

For the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families across a wide range of settings, including government agencies, hospitals, special needs schools, and private practice. These experiences have shaped a practical, compassionate approach to therapy that recognizes how complex life can be—and how valuable it is to have someone in your corner as you navigate it.

I specialize in supporting women through postpartum depression and the profound transition into parenthood, as well as helping individuals and families navigate major life transitions. I also work closely with parents whose children have recently been diagnosed with neurodivergence, offering a supportive space to process the diagnosis, work through uncertainty and emotions, and find a path forward with greater confidence and clarity.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution-oriented. I believe therapy should not only help you understand what you’re experiencing, but also give you practical tools and support to create meaningful change in your life.
